We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN USA. on all orders over $50.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing on all orders.
You can track your order over the link you will receive in your shipping mail.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees that may appear.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving.
SALE items + earrings can not be returned.
The refund will be processed after we received your return.
Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.
You will receive the refund over the payment method you chose at checkout.
Val Cohen Jewelry will not cover the shipping costs for returns.
Val Cohen Jewelry is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
